My journey into the world of holistic wellness started with a simple desire: to explore alternative healing modalities and support others on their healing journey. It’s been a beautiful ride, filled with discovery, growth, and so much love.
As a wellness practitioner, I’m deeply passionate about helping you find balance, healing, and joy in your life. With years of experience in Reiki, tarot reading, yoga, and sound healing, I bring a unique and intuitive approach to my practice.
In my classes, I focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and inner exploration, creating a safe and supportive space for you to connect with yourself and cultivate self-love. And when it comes to sound healing, I absolutely love using the healing vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments to promote relaxation, balance, and harmony.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing, it is like a gentle hug for your soul. It’s a Japanese technique that helps you relax, destress, and even promotes healing. Imagine a soothing flow of “life force energy” gently passing through your body, leaving you feeling calm and rejuvenated.
As Reiki is gentle and noninvasive, it’s really safe for everyone. People most commonly seek Reiki to help them prepare for or recover from surgery, manage stress and anxiety, cope with the loss of a loved one, or as an adjunct to professional medical care, such as cancer treatment, whilst some people seek Reiki for supportive touch when they feel alone in dealing with troubling situations.
Reiki may be especially helpful if you haven’t seen results from other treatments or solutions, in particular because the nervous system is so stressed and burnt out. Reiki may boost the effectiveness of other medical treatments by reducing stress, which can be a roadblock.
Reiki can help with a variety of physical, emotional, and psychological issues. Research has shown that Reiki may reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and support overall well-being. Sound Healing sessions typically range from 45 minutes to 1 hour, providing a deeply immersive experience to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.

During a Tarot reading, the reader will shuffle the cards and lay them out in a specific spread. I will then interpret the cards’ meanings and symbolism to provide insights and guidance based on the questions or concerns you have.
Tarot can provide insights and guidance on various aspects of life, including relationships, career decisions, and personal growth and development as well as goal setting. While Tarot readings are not predictive, they can offer valuable perspectives and support for navigating life’s challenges and decisions. By leveraging the wisdom of Tarot symbols and archetypes, we can design strategies to overcome challenges and make informed choices.
In Tarot coaching, I employ a client-centered approach, where you are actively involved in the coaching process. Together, we explore the symbolism of Tarot cards, uncover insights, and co-create strategies to navigate situations in your life with clarity and confidence.
